CAPPUCCINO

As an experiment, this purse, crocheted in chunky chenille shading from cream to brown and knitted in a wool/ lurex brown and copper blend, was given an inner corset between its gold lurex lining and its exterior, to keep it round in shape even when empty. The long knitted-cord strap runs in one piece through the purse and ends in a tassel of yarns and beads. It can be worn singly as a shoulder strap or drawn through on each side and doubled up to wear at the wrist. The dangling decorative elements are amber-colored antique glass beads.
